Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program is a permanent immigration program for skilled workers in Quebec.

The candidates who wish to immigrate through this program must first declare their interest in immigrating to Quebec by filing an Expression Of Interest (EI) form through an online portal. The MIFI regularly selects people from the pool of candidates and invites them to apply for permanent selection.

Invited candidates have a maximum of 60 days to submit their applications and pay processing fees.

After that, the successful applications will get a CSQ, Certificat de sélection du Québec, or Quebec Selection Certificate. They can then use this document to apply for permanent residence to the Canadian Federal Government.
