IRCC held the second PNP-only draw of 2023 on February 15th.
It has issued invitations to 699 candidates with a CRS score requirement of 791.
The latest draw was specifically for PNP candidates. This is the third Express Entry draw for the month. Among the first two draws, the first was for the Provincial Nomination & the second one was program specific for FSWP candidates.
