Manitoba Occupation Specific Draw: 206 New Applications Invited

Manitoba PNP has invited 206 invites to apply for permanent residency in Canada on September 12.

The province has issued an Occupation-Specific draw for skilled workers who have completed a Post-Secondary Study in Manitoba.

The number of Letters of Advice issued to apply is 206.

The following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 unit groups were invited in this draw:

  • 63200 – Cooks
  • 62200 – Chefs

Among the total of 206 invites, 21 invites were issued to the candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

The latest Manitoba occupation-specific draw has some particular eligibility criteria which are as follows:

  • To be eligible to apply, candidates with current employment in either NOC mentioned above must be able to provide documents that demonstrate that they or their spouse completed a post-secondary education program in Manitoba (i.e. must provide transcripts and diploma). If you or your spouse have not completed a post-secondary program in Manitoba, you may wish to consider declining your Letter of Advice to Apply.
  • If you declared current employment in either NOC mentioned above and you or your spouse have completed post-secondary education in Manitoba but you have not received a Letter of Advice to Apply, this could be because you have indicated that you have taken an approved third-party language test to demonstrate your language ability in English/French, but have not provided a valid Test Number in your EOI or your language test is no longer valid.
  • Please note that for each question in the EOI, help text is available, providing detailed information on the information you should enter. If one of these scenarios applies to you, you may wish to update your EOI with the correct information to be considered for the next draw from the EOI pool.
