Ontario PNP has invited 30 new invitations through OINP. The applications have been invited under Entrepreneur Stream. The candidates with the minimum score between 138 to 160 are eligible for the same.

To be eligible, candidates need to have a profile in Express Entry System with a valid Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS).
Eligiblity for the Entrepreneur Stream:
- Must have business experience of 24 months in the last 60 months
- Must control at least one-third of the equity in the business
- Must be actively involved in the management of the business
- The main purpose of investing must be to make profit
- Must create at least two permanent full-time jobs for Canadian citizens or PR’s, if the business will be in Greater Toronto Area (GTA,) OR one permanent full-time job if the business will be outside the GTA.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the province’s economic immigration program. It invites foreign workers, international students, and others with the right skills, experience, and education to apply to the OINP for permanent residence.
There are three ways to qualify for OINP nomination:
- Employer job offer category: for workers who already have a permanent job offer from an Ontario employer.
- Human capital category: for workers who have valuable work experience, education, language skills, and a profile in Canada’s Express Entry system; or for graduate students.
