Ontario held 5 PNP draws over the last 2 days inviting, Master’s and Ph.D. graduates, international students with job offers, and workers to apply for provincial nomination.
It has invited 1,493 candidates in all 5 draws.
On February 28, it invited candidates from Ph.D. Graduate stream with minimum Expression Of Interest (EOI) score of at least 16 and on March 1, it had invited candidates from Masters Graduate, Foreign Workers & International Students.

Master’s Graduate & PhD Graduates Stream:
The candidate needs to get sign up with Ontario’s e-Filing Portal and then register an EOI for the stream they have chosen.
After that, the province invites eligible candidates to apply for provincial nominations.
The applications must be submitted within 2 years of graduation.
Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream
This stream works for those foreign nationals who have an eligible job offer from the employer of Ontario. Candidates don’t need to apply from within Canada, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.
The candidate needs to accumulate the equivalent of two years of work experience in a skilled occupation, have an eligible job offer in Ontario, and wants to migrate to the province, among other criteria.
Those who want to apply for this PNP stream, have to register an EOI profile on the Ontario website. After that, the profile will go into the EOI pool. Ontario will give it a score based on the information that was submitted.
Employer Job Offer: International Student stream
This stream work for those foreign nationals who have an eligible job offer from the employer of Ontario. Candidates don’t need to apply from within Canada, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.
To be eligible the candidate needs to have completed a program at a Canadian Designated Learning Institution, have an eligible job offer in Ontario, and wants to migrate to the province, among other criteria.
To receive an invitation to apply for this program, the candidate needs to register an EOI profile on the Ontario website. The profile will then go into the EOI pool, and the candidate will get a score based on the information submitted. Ontario awards points for human capital factors that the province has determined will indicate the ability to settle into the labor market.
