Canada Issues 380 ITAs in Express Entry PNP Nominee Draw with CRS Cut-off of 798

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted an Express Entry draw on May 11, 2026, specifically targeting Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) nominees. A total of 380 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence were issued, with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 798.

This was a PNP-specific draw, meaning only candidates who hold a valid provincial nomination are eligible. A provincial nomination automatically adds 600 points to a candidate's CRS score, which explains the high cut-off of 798.

Provinces and territories issue nominations through their own Provincial Nominee Programs. Nominees must have an active Express Entry profile to receive an ITA through this federal draw. Once invited, candidates have 60 days to submit a complete permanent residence application to IRCC.
